We are located at 32 Eyre Street, a prominent landmark in the heart of Sheffield city centre. We’ve completely redeveloped the space to provide truly beautiful and iconic workspaces. We are located within the ring road and just a short distance from all major transport links and a load of amenities including Moor Markets and New Era Square.

What Questions Should You Ask a Potential Serviced Office Space Provider?
When you’re looking for the right serviced office space, it’s a good idea to do some research into how these offices work, the types of leases offered, and more. Find the right office space can make all the difference between the success or even failure of your business.
To help you with the research, we’ve put together some of the essential questions you should ask before signing a lease.
1). Do You Provide a Flexible Lease?
Many serviced office spaces offer a flexible lease. What does this mean? The lease may be short- or long-term; for instance, a short-term lease generally lasts from 3-6 months, while a long-term lease may go 12 months or longer.
Looking for a flexible lease gives your business more flexibility, which is a great benefit. The benefits are many, but if you choose a short-term lease (at least to start out), then if the office space isn’t a good fit, you’ll be free to move elsewhere. You won’t have to worry about ending a lease early, which can carry stiff fees.
2). What’s Included with the Lease?
